All images on this site are owned by Natalie Jost and all rights are reserved unless otherwise granted to you through your purchase of a license.

When you purchase a product from this site you are not purchasing the file itself and you do not own that file. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file according to the following terms.

Downloads

You may use a digital file for any of the following purposes:

Digital Media

You may use graphics in personal websites, multimedia presentations, film and video, and cell phones for wallpaper or other decorative uses.

Printed Media

You may use the graphic for your own personal printed items such as scrapbook pages, flyers, CD/DVD covers, wrapping etc.

Stationery

You may use graphics in business cards, letterhead, etc, for personal use without making a profit from the end product.

Personal Decorative

You may use images to decorate your home or office or incorporate in any personal craft projects.

Single Seat

You, and only you, may use the image. You may not share it with anyone. If you design something for someone else and they want to use the image for other projects, they must buy a license themselves.

You may NOT use an image for any of the following purposes:

Resale

You may NOT create any digital or physical item to be sold--or given away for free--such as website templates, Flash templates, business card templates, document templates, scrapbook papers or other elements, fabric, posters, wallpapers, screensavers, e-cards, any type of stationery or similar products that you intend to sell or distribute.

An exception may be made in the case of independent sellers of handmade items who sell in Etsy shops or similar venues. Please contact us for written permission. Credit must be prominently displayed either in the product description or title (ie. "designed by Olive Manna, handmade by [your name]").

We can not grant permission for products similar to those we produce, but if you make something unique, let us know and we'll grant commercial use licenses on a case-by-case basis.

Identity

You may NOT use any image as part of a trade-mark, design-mark, trade-name, business name, service mark, or logo.

Morally Defiling

You may NOT use an image in anything that might be considered pornographic, obscene, immoral or illegal, or that would bring harm to my name as the designer of the original image.

Distribute

You may NOT install or use the image in more than one location at a time or post a copy of the image on a network server or web server for use by other users. You may not attach by email or otherwise share the file with anyone.

You may NOT upload the file to any other website, for example, to flickr.com (as flickr terms state uploaded images must be your own), or to a service like shutterfly.com (as you are granting them license to use the image, which you don't have the right to do).

Any other use not stated under the terms of this license is prohibited unless other permission is obtained from Natalie Jost in writing.
