By purchasing or downloading products from olivemanna.com you are agreeing to the terms in this document.

Limited Commercial Use license

1. All graphics are copyright protected under US copyright laws

   You are held to US copyright laws, regardless in which country you reside or from which country you download my products. If you do not agree to this, please do not purchase or download my products.

2. You may not distribute graphics in any form

   You may store one copy on one personal computer. You may have one backup copy as well.

   You may not share graphics with anyone. You may share a link to the product page but not link to the product itself or email, upload, or otherwise distribute the product to anyone.

3. You may include graphics in works for hire

   You are free to use these graphics in CUSTOM designs which you create for another person or entity as a hired designer. In order to use a design containing these graphics, your client must agree to these terms as well.

   You may use a graphic in your own personal design work or for a client, but you may not create a template for distribution.

4. You may not sell any item containing one of my designs

   Although you are allowed to create a custom product as a work for hire, you may not create a product for you or a client to sell. This license is limited to custom works for hire for a single end user and does not allow for mass reproduction.

5. There are no refunds for digital products.

   Unfortunately, the nature of digital products makes it impossible to "return" them, so I cannot give refunds for these items. Please contact me if you are unsure about a product before buying. Brushes and patterns are provided in a file that is compatible with Photoshop. If you don't have Photoshop, I provide images of the product for use with other graphics programs. Be sure you'll have the right equipment to use the product, and that you know how to install a pattern or a brush before you buy.

Any other use not stated under the terms of this license is prohibited.

Personal and Educational Use Discount

If you wish to use OliveManna products for your own personal home use, or for non-profit educational purposes, please contact me about a special discount.

Professional Designers

If you have a need and find these terms limiting, please contact me and see if I can arrange something else for you.

I'm also available for custom design if you find a product you like but would like to see it done differently.

Spoonflower Customers

Spoonflower is a place where you can print your own designs onto fabric. In an effort to make my designs a bit more accessible, I've decided to open them up for fabric printing. However, you'll need a special license in order to take any pattern to this third-party service, and there are a couple of restrictions (in addition to the terms above):

1. Unless another written agreement is made, you may use this license only for Spoonflower and through no other third-party service.
2. You must keep designs uploaded to Spoonflower in "private" status. You may never make a design of mine "public" as you would then be claiming the design as your own.

This Spoonflower provision is for personal use only and you must contact me personally to request it. At such a time, I will provide you with a special code to use at check out which will qualify you for Spoonflower use.

If you would like to use the fabric commercially, please contact me about the possibility of purchasing a separate license for commercial fabric use. This will depend entirely upon how you intend to use the fabric.

Please note that you are still bound to Spoonflower's terms (3a), but I am granting a very specific license for a single pattern, a single person, and for a specific use.
